The established gateway to Latin America. Thirty years of direct publisher relationships, open to the right partners.
No other agency has been licensing content into Latin America for longer
Established licensing relationships across Latin America's leading media
Full Latin American territory plus the US Hispanic market in a single partnership
Thirty years of consistent, reliable service has made Grosby Group the first call for Latin America's leading editors. That trust is not replicable, it has been earned one license at a time over three decades.
A single partnership agreement with Grosby Group covers all of Latin America and the US Hispanic market. No need to negotiate country by country or maintain multiple sub-agent relationships across 20+ markets.
We have processed thousands of licenses across every content category. Our systems, contracts, and team are optimized for high-volume editorial licensing, not adapted from other models.
We know what Latin American editors buy, when they buy it, and what they pay. That intelligence helps us price your content correctly, pitch it to the right buyers, and close licenses that a general-purpose distributor would miss.
Every license issued on your behalf is logged and reported. Quarterly statements include full transaction detail: publisher, territory, usage, fee, and royalty calculation. No black boxes.
We can work as your exclusive sub-agent or complement existing regional arrangements you have. We structure partnerships to fit your business, contact us to discuss what works for you.

Latin America represents one of the world's most dynamic media markets: high mobile penetration, fast-growing digital publishing, and audiences with an enormous appetite for celebrity, sports, and entertainment content. But it is a relationship market. Editors buy from agencies they trust.
Grosby Group has those relationships. We are the partner that has been there for every major regional publisher through every platform shift, from print to digital to mobile. Our clients come back because we deliver.
Let's talk →Contact us with a brief introduction: who you are, what you represent, and what you are looking to achieve in the Latin American market. Our team will respond promptly to explore the fit.
We structure a partnership agreement covering territory, exclusivity scope, royalty split, reporting frequency, and payment schedule. Most partnerships are established within two to three weeks of first contact.
Once active, we begin promoting your content to our publisher network immediately. We report on licensing activity quarterly and remit royalties on the agreed schedule. You have full visibility at all times.
We already represent AFP, Alamy, Backgrid, Imago, Shutterstock, Zuma Press, and many more of the world's leading agencies in Latin America. If your content belongs in this market, talk to us.

Yes. We regularly work with agencies that have existing regional contacts. We can structure our partnership to complement rather than conflict with your current arrangements. Talk to our team and we will find a structure that works.
Celebrity and entertainment photography is consistently our highest-demand category. Sports, particularly football, Copa América, and Formula One, is a close second. Fashion, travel, and lifestyle content is in strong demand from magazines and digital platforms. Breaking news photography through wire services is also in constant demand.
Royalties are calculated as a percentage of each license fee collected and remitted quarterly by bank transfer. Full transaction-level reporting is provided with each payment. Our standard payment terms are net-60 from end of quarter.
Once a partnership agreement is signed and we receive your content feed or archive access, we typically begin active licensing within two to three weeks. We introduce your content to our full publisher network immediately and report on early uptake within 30 days.
